Having spent nearly his entire life in the industry, Tommy has a natural a passion for hospitality! He was raised in his family’s restaurants on Cape Cod, where the seeds of guest satisfaction were sowed. This initial spark for all things hospitality let him from Massachusetts south, to the University of Tampa. Throughout school he continued to work, soon realizing hospitality was his path. After school Tommy continued on to South Florida where for the better part of three decades he has led teams ensuring each guest feels special and each team member excels at delivering his message that every guest is family.
